Hi all. I have an anger problem. Just a few days ago, I pushed my Mom because I got angry at her. How can I better control my anger without physically harming others? I knew what I did was wrong, but I was not thinking. I must have taken stupid pills that morning or something! Lol! Well, please either post your responses to this topic, or you can private message me with your suggestions.
